Choose from the 2 revolutionary, new management systems, which includes Essilor’s amazing Stellest lens system (pictured below), or Coopervision’s incredibly well researched soft 1-day contact lens option, MiSight.

Both systems are now only available on a monthly standing order of £49, T&C’s apply.

Both systems are only available through accredited opticians and they demand a high level of care and attention. Our monthly price reflects this level of time and commitment we give to support Myopia management patients under our care.

Spectacle lens option

For Ages 7-21, we have our “Spectacle Lens” based option, using the lens global market leader, Essilor’s, brand new “Stellest Lens”.

A revolutionary design, involving hundreds of tiny peripheral lenses to “de-focus” the peripheral retina, with a central, clear “optic zone”.

You pay an initial 3 month fee up front for us to supply 2 PAIRS of Kids glasses BOTH with the specialist Stellest lenses, and frames upto the value of £29, from our new ranges. So £147 is outlayed to commence the Myopia Management system, with 2 pairs of glasses supplied to you.

With frame choice, the “bridge of the nose fit” is the most important factor, so we will give you expert advice.

You will be asked to attend the practice every 3 months, for an alternating dispenser and frame fit check, and then an NHS sight test.

Your £49 standing order will only start AFTER your first 3 month check up.

This £49 monthly fee will pay for further check ups and subsidise your initial glasses supply, along with breakage and scratch guarantees, which are valid for the whole year.

If the spectacle prescription increases by -0.50D of myopia within the first 12 months, then Essilor, our Lens supplier, will change the lenses free of charge. Terms and conditions will apply.

We offer a 1 time only, scratch, breakage or loss replacement guarantee. This is valid for 12 months from purchase. It enables each lens to be replaced once, and for FREE, of both the 2 sets of glasses.

After claiming the free, 1 time loss or breakage guarantee, any lens replacement cost would be at a reduced price of £59 per lens, or £99 per pair, regardless of 1st or 2nd pair. NHS voucher also claimed on top of this cost.

After the initial 12 months, if you’re happy with the system, your standing order will continue, and we will supply a further 2 pairs of spectacles for that coming year…..and so on. People may wear these types of lenses well into late teens and early twenties…..as long as the myopia is controlled and is stable.

NHS GOS fees will be claimed at your regular sight test intervals, guidelines for which are set out by NHS for a young developing myope.

NHS GOS spectacle supply and repair vouchers will only be claimed where repairs are necessary, and when spectacles are supplied.

Soft 1-day Contact Lens option

For Ages 10-21 (younger if proficient in CL insertion, or existing family members wearing CL) we have the Soft Daily Contact Lens Option.

The Contact lens scheme is only available on a standing order at £49 p month, with the first 3 months being paid up front which will be your be your initial 3 month lens supply.

A “fitting fee” of £20 applies, which includes fitting, teaching, and trial lenses for 10 days, and includes your “end of trial” appointment. Following that, an initial 6 week follow up is booked, followed by a 3 month check, then a regular 6 month check up.

These lenses are NOT available online, and can only be purchased from accredited Opticians. We are trained in the specific management system that these lenses offer, and strict guidelines apply.

We cannot guarantee either system will stop myopia, but it should greatly reduce your risk of developing severe short sightedness.
